FIC-ish: Sirius/Lily drabble
Oh yeah! Duh, almost forgot. This is from the Lumos!Queerditch meet-up on Friday night. For those not familiar, we were given a prompt and then 15 minutes to write something. This is what I came up with, and apparently I can't write proper het. And by that I mean that even though it's only 157 words and I had a blatantly het prompt, I still included slashy undertones. ^^;; Oops!
Prompt: Sirius/Lily | song lyrics: "I stutter like a broken clutch when you touch me too much." | time frame: 15 minutes
Drabble:
~~Escape~~
It was wrong and she knew it, but James and Sirius had been friends for so long they could almost be the same person. Or so she told herself, an excuse better known as a lie. Because when he pushed her against the wall with a roughness that James wouldn't have dared to use, when he hefted her leg up and leaned in close without worry or care for the state of her newly bought clothes, she couldn't deny it was Sirius.
Sirius, with his animalistic nature and wild eyes, full of jealousy and possession and a want for something she couldn't give, a want for someone she couldn't be. His hand burned her waist and she shuddered against his touch.
He wasn't James, he was a taste of something forbidden. An escape from her normal life and a dive onto the wild side. He wasn't James, but then neither was she.
She was only a replacement.
